Fly to International Falls, cross the Canadian border and then take North Air Van Service right to Atikokan Aero near Atikokan, Ontario. (Approximately 2 hour drive). Or, fly to Thunder Bay, Ontario and arrive at the Thunder Bay airport where you can be picked up by North Air Van Service and driven to Atikokan and the sea plane base. North Air Van Service can be reached at 1-800-465-7761 to make your reservations.

Arriving the day before?
Telephone the White Otter Hotel (1-807-597-2747) if you require overnight accommodations the night before your arrival at Tip Top. With your credit card information, they can make a local reservation for you.

Please allow yourself 60 pounds of luggage only for the seaplane ride. You will fly in a de Havilland Beaver on floats, which will comfortably take 4 passengers and their luggage.

This aircraft has a Short Take Off and Landing (STOL) capability and is a tried and true feature of the Canadian wilderness.
